From the Lincoln Center to the MetroCenter. Symphony Arlington Concertmaster Sterling Trent has dazzled audiences all over the world with his warmth and virtuosity. Now it's Arlington’s turn to enjoy his featured talent in Sibelius’ Concerto for Violin and Orchestra in D Minor.

Having been a student of Itzhak Perlman from 2000, Sterling Trent has had the opportunity to perform throughout the world, as well as participate in numerous musical competitions. He established himself as a violinist of exquisite musical insight and dazzling style. Among his acquired awards and distinctions are: Geneva International Music Competition, Queen Elisabeth Competition for violinists in Brussels, Belgium, national winner of Music Teacher’s Nation Association Competition, and International Suzuki Conference to name a few.

Since his graduation from The Juilliard School, Stirling has performed with Itzhak Perlman at the Center for Jewish History, performed Vivaldi’s Concerto for four violins with Mr. Perlman on Live From Lincoln Center with a follow up performance in Carnegie Hall. He has also been serving as Symphony Arlington’s own Concertmaster since 2004.

In addition to performing this romantic work of one of the most popular and mysterious composers of the 20th Century, Symphony Arlington will also perform Schumann’s magnificent Symphony No. 3.

Tickets start at $15, and $5 student tickets are available with a valid ID.
