Description

Handclaps and Harmonies – A seven-piece study in sugary pop sweetness, just quirky enough to be described as Beach Boys meet Weezer meet The Tijuana Brass, this Town of the Cow ensemble is hands down a wonderful indulgence in ‘feel goodiness.’

Clay & Electronic Cowboys - Clay Pendergrass has been there, done that, fought spiders, and has been experimenting with sounds and music long before Beck had teeth. Now Clay has done it again with his Electronic Cowboys, a blend of everything you’ve ever heard but never heard before.

The Burning Hotels – described by the FW Weekly as “one of town’s coolest bands period,” The Burning Hotels take early punk and fuse it with just enough pop and crafty, addictive, songwriting that even a Brillo pad can’t scrub it out of your head.

Vans Warped Tour 2009 Warped just began -- Dallas is the fifth stop -- so Bad Religion, NOFX et al will still be fresh. This year, they've got fewer stages and longer sets (40 minutes instead of 30). Get there early for Colorado duo 3OH!3 and Brit punkers Gallows (pictured, credit Jay West). More info
