Uncle Kracker / Jon Christopher Davis / Mike Mancy / Mother Truckers / Jon Wolfe
September 30, 2006
The Great Steak of Texas Festival at Frisco Square is a heritage celebration of the beef and cattle industries and their historic impact on the city of Frisco, Texas. Frisco was born of western spirit as a tiny watering hole and whistle stop, first along the Shawnee Trail and then along the St. Louis-San Francisco Railroad. It is from this railroad that âFriscoâ got her name, during the days of massive cattle drives in the 1800âs. With great respect for the past, and with enormous expectation for the future, Frisco invites North Texas residents to explore and celebrate their unique Texas heritage.
$5 per person (children 5 and under free). Free parking.
