Are the plays of William Shakespeare really great? Or have we just been told that for so long. What would happen if the literary icons such as Hamlet, MacBeth, Othello, were contemporary plays, and we studied Cujo, The Shining, Carrie and Christine.
If William Shakespeare were alive today, how would his plays be recieved and critiqued? Explore the answers to these questions in Transposing Shakespeare.
