Cooking competition produced by D magazine Junior League of Dallas, the Milestone Culinary Arts Center, and the Viking Cooking Center stars six big-name local chefs -- Samir Dhurandhar (Nick & Sam’s), Dan Landsberg (Tillman’s Roadhouse), Stefano Secchi (Ferrari’s), John Tesar (The Mansion), Gilbert Garza (Suze), and Chris Ward (Mercury Grill) -- in an Iron Chef-type showdown, with restaurant-biz judges.
