The Greyhound Adoption League of Texas, Inc. (GALT) hosts the 6th annual “Greyt” Athletes Dinner and Auction on Saturday April 28 at the popular Dallas steakhouse III Forks. Giving DFW sports enthusiasts the opportunity to mix with a star studded line-up of the area’s top athletes, the event also raises much needed funds for GALT to continue its efforts to save retired racing greyhounds and place them in “forever homes”. Area athletes scheduled to attend this years event include Tony Roma, Quarterback, Dallas Cowboys; Marques Haynes, HOF Harlem Globetrotter; Craig Ludwig, former Dallas Star; Ryan Young, former Dallas Cowboy; John Rhadigan, FOX Sports Net; Sam Hurd, Dallas Cowboy; and Miles Austin, Dallas Cowboy.
