Description
We host live jazz and offer a place for folks to relax and enjoy good music, good food and good wine. We put out a light snack buffet and also sell our lunches. You buy wine by the glass or bottle, grab a chair and spend a little time listening to some terrific music and enjoying the company of friends, new and old. If it's cold out, we're inside. If it's nice, we're on the terrace. Informal, casual dress, first come-first served.
Admission includes music and a light snack buffet.
Light Catcher Winery does not admit anyone to Jazz who is under 16 years of age. We do this for very considered reasons, and out of hard experience: This is an alcohol-oriented environment. Kids run around and bother everyone but their parents. We don't have a playground or a child-appropriate area. The winery is not child-proof. People come to relax, not to listen to a screaming 3 year old or be run over by a rambunctious 9 year old. Even 12 year olds get bored and then make a nuisance of themselves - so we set the age at 16. And we enforce it. If you have kids, give yourself a treat - get a babysitter and come enjoy.
