Holiday Entertaining Class

During each class, Chef Pyles will share his personal insights and experience on fall and holiday entertaining. Demonstrations will include a four-course meal or holiday buffet with matching wines or beverages. Participants will also learn recipe techniques from the restaurant, as well as those inspired by travel experiences.
