Festejo Guadalupano

Ollimpaxqui Ballet Company presents music and dances celebrating the Virgen de Guadalupe. A custom for the Mexican and South American people. Ollimpaxqui Ballet Company's mission is to increase awareness and promote the traditional folkloric music and dances of Mexico, Central and South America by providing educational dance programs, public performances and artistic enrichment to the community. The Celebration is a colorful one-day free-to-attend outdoor festivity of dance, music and Arts. This premier Fiesta pays tribute to the incredible influence from La Virgen of Guadalupe has had on Hispanic and Latin cultures in Texas, Central and South America. The Celebration is to honor La Virgen de Guadalupe by the largest Hispanic / Latino population in DFW.
