The Santaland Diaries
Presented by WaterTower Theatre
December 19, 2007
Follow the adventures of an out-of-work, thirty-something actor who decides to become a Macy’s elf during the holiday crunch. The Santaland Diaries brings to life the bizarre and utterly surreal world of the modern commercial Christmas experience. The Santaland Diaries will once again feature Nye Cooper.
The play, which arguably jump-started author David Sedaris' career, was originally an essay read by him on NPR. Click to listen.
