Olenjack's grille is offering a tasteful champagne dinner on Dec. 27 at 6:30 p.m. For $75 per person, come and enjoy a five course meal, each uniquely paired with different champagne. Chef Brian Olenjack has prepared an exceptional menu that includes items such as House-Smoked Salmon Chowder paired with Tattinger Prestige Rose and Spinach Salad with Feta Dressing with Tattinger Millesime Brut (2000).
