Celebrants can bid farewell to 2007 with a choice of early or late seatings and two different dining experiences. Both seatings offer such main course standouts as Classic Beef Wellington, Lamb Porterhouse and Dover Sole. First-course selections feature Wagyu Beef Carpaccio with Oregon Black Truffles, Pan-Browned Nantucket Bay Scallops over Tagliatalli with Asparagus Tips, Seared Hudson Valley Foie Gras with Quince Compote, and more. The second seating features one additional dinner course plus champagne toast and party favors.
Hours: 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. (first seating) and 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. (second seating)
