Chef Jim Oetting of Ferré Ristorante e Bar is preparing a special three-course menu to accompany the restaurant’s New Year’s celebration at its West Village location in Dallas.
Specialties from the prix-fixe menu include Filet Mignon with Lobster Risotto, Housemade Ravioli with Fontina Fonduta Filling and Cinnamon Ricotta Cheesecake.
Seatings will be available for $37.50 per person between 5 and 8 p.m. Gala seatings, including a champagne toast, party hats, music and dancing for $75 per person, are available between 8:30 and 10 p.m.
