On New Year's Eve 2007 the Trader Vic's Dallas team pays homage to Victor Bergeron, The Grand Master of the Free Spirited Soiree, as they invigorate party goers of past, present & future. With a 70's themed night of disco dancing, traditional Trader Vic's cocktails, and savory menu offerings… indulging behavior will soon ensue.

No cover until 10pm, $10 at the door or complimentary entry with 4 course menu tasting for $70 per person

- Ozona Bar & Grill: 4 pm - 7 pm: $1 off everything, $1 margaritas
- Barley House: 4 pm - 2 am: happy hour prices all night
- The Grape: 4:30 pm - 7 pm: $2 domestics, $3 wells, $4 select glass wines / $3 - $6 appetizer including mini brat-burgers, lamb tartines, flash fried calamari, daily cheese and charcuterie selections
- Half Shells Seafood Grill: 4 pm - 7 pm: $2 drafts, $2 domestic bottles
