Dallas HR is partnering with The University of Texas at Dallas School of Management to offer Global Workforce Diversity and Development, the first in a series of global human resource courses.
This new two-day course is designed specifically for senior human resource professionals who require contemporary knowledge about the organizational and people issues emanating from the dynamic forces of globalization.
The program will be presented at The University of Texas at Dallas School of Management's Executive Education Center, in Room 1.502. Program content, designed and taught by UT Dallas School of Management faculty who are also experienced international human resources practitioners, includes graduate level lectures on organizational and international business issues, as well as, individual assessments and interactive participation exercises with a practical application focus.
Key topics include globalization and the changed nature of work, global talent utilization and distributed work organizations, culture and cross cultural issues in global workforces, and managing and negotiating organizational conflict and difference.
This program is HRCI approved for 15.5 International recertification credit hours. This program has been approved for 1.5 CEU credits.
