Pathway to Freedom Exhibit
February 23, 2007
This traveling exhibit is comprised of 32 pieces of art, sculpture and paintings designed to show the survival of African-Americans from slavery to the Civil Rights Movement to its present day condition. A new addition to the exhibit, the “Trail of Tears,” shows the plight of the American Indian – also through art and sculpture.
