A pair of spectacular events will feature Alfred Tesseron, proprietor of Ch Pontet-Canet and Cognac Tesseron. Tesseron has mastered the balance between technology and tradition when it comes to wine making. Since the early 1990s, he has invested a fortune in his estate to make it state of the art.

The evening will begin at 6:30 pm with an extraordinary vertical tasting of nine vintages of Ch Pontet-Canet, and the 2004 les Hauts de Pontet-Canet. The tasting will feature Pontet-Canet 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 and les Hauts de Pontet-Canet 2004. Attendance for this tasting will be $40 per person.

Following the vertical tasting, Mansion Executive Chef John Tesar will present an exquisite five course menu to compliment select vintages of Pontet-Canet, hand chosen by Mr. Tesseron, as well as the phenomenal 100 point Cognac produced by his family firm, Cognac Tesseron.

The dinner, beginning at 8 pm, will feature Smith Haut Lafitte Blanc 2000, Pontet-Canet 1996, Pontet-Canet 1999, Pontet-Canet 2003, Ch d’Yquem 1984, and Tesseron Cognac Lot Numero 29 Exception. Attendance at the dinner is $195 per person.

Reservations are available for the vertical tasting, the wine dinner or both. Space for both events will be strictly limited. Please do not delay in calling for your reservations.
