2006 winner of the Katherine Anne Porter Prize in short fiction from the University of North Texas Press will hold a reading of her works, as part of UNT's Department of English's 2006-2007 Visiting Writers Series.
Magee will read selections of her work at 8 p.m. in Golden Eagle Suite A in the University Union, located one block west of Welch and West Prairie streets.
A question and answer session with Magee will be held earlier that day at 4 p.m. in the Auditorium Building in Room 212. The building is located on West Hickory Street between Avenues A and B. Both events are free and open to the public.
