Description
This wine is a Burgundian-style chardonnay (which means it is unoaked and has bright flavors of pear, hazlenut, apple and mineral), that is bone dry (no sugar) and richly creamy. The lunch includes a glass of the Chardonnay and a plate of specially prepared/paired foods by Chefs Caris and Danny.
