This will be a one day full of creation event throughout the Deep Ellum area of Dallas. A minimum of one dozen permanent murals will be created by area artists.
At 4:00 PM as the visual artists are doing final touches on their work, the street performers will begin through-out Deep Ellum. They are expected to tag team perform from 4:00 - 10:00 PM in front of co-sponsor businesses such as Pete's Dancing Marlin, the Deep Ellum Cafe, the Vintage Factory, Club Dada, the Angry Dog, the Darkside Lounge, the Allgood Cafe and more. A good time is promised for all participants and attendees.
Background - DEEP is best know as a grassroots movement of individuals passionate about maintaining / elevating the cultural aspects of Deep Ellum. They are best known for putting on the 'haunted house' at Clearview last Fall and the recent Deep Ellum Gallery Walk hosted in March.
