Whole lotta stuff going on in the Stockyards, behind Stockyard Station in FW. Music, wild game cooking contest (indigenous Texas animals, birds, fish, insects - if it's from Texas then come here and cook it), period costume competition, gunfighters, dancing, cowboy campfire and a bunch of other dang stuff.
