An interior decorator (Doris Day) is annoyed by the romantic escapades of the composer (Rock Hudson) who shares her party line. He decides to add her to his list of conquests, and assumes a Texas accent and an air of innocence to woo her. Tony Randall and Thelma Ritter head up the supporting cast.
