Farmers’ Market Frittatas Cooking Class at Williams-Sonoma

A frittata is an Italian-style omelette that combines eggs with vegetables, cheese, and sometimes meat. Frittatas can be made with whatever garden-fresh produce looks best at the farmers’ market.
The recipes to be presented in class include Asparagus and Potato Frittata, Orange Pepper Frittata with Fresh Thyme, Grilled Onion Frittata and Zucchini Frittata.
