Description
Dallas is making the most serious bid in its history to take on the mantle of its future greatness: the Center for the Performing Arts, urban revitalization, and the Trinity River Corridor Project represent three major aspects of Dallas' bold, historical step into a new era. This one-day conference in City Council chambers will focus on the Trinity River project, the third in the "trinity" mentioned above and unique among the three in realizing a natural resource's capacity for enriching the quality of life in Dallas forever. Dr. Gail Thomas, Director of the Institute's Center for the City and Executive Officer of the Trinity Trust Foundation, will bring several nationally prominent speakers to Dallas and offer numerous opportunities for dialogue about Trinity River developments.
