A special luncheon by Nana Executive Chef, Anthony Bombaci to honor renowned Sonoma California winemaker, Merry Edwards. During her thirty-three year plus winemaking career, Merry has become a celebrated authority in the production of ultra premium American Pinot Noirs as well as producer of a wildly successful Sauvignon Blanc—considered a “bench-mark” in California winemaking.
A reception to meet Merry Edwards and Ken Coopersmith will begin at an 11:30 a.m., with lunch served up in true Nana style at noon.
Wines to be served include a rare glimpse of a Merry Edwards sparkling wine available only at the winery; 2005 Merry Edwards Sauvignon Blanc; 2005 Merry Edwards Pinot Noir, Sonoma Coast; 2004 Merry Edwards Pinot Noir, Meredith Estate; and the 2003 Merry Edwards Pinot Noir, Windsor Gardens.
