For the starter course, guests can choose from:
• Thai Coconut Shrimp Soup
• Sushi Bar Tasting Plate
• Moro Salad with blood orange vinaigrette
• Beef Satay
The entrée options include a delicious array of meats and fish such as:
• Chilean Sea Bass with vegetables
• Vietnamese “Shaken Beef” Sautéed Tenderloin
• Tamarind Glazed Salmon
• Asian Lemon Chicken
For dessert, guests can choose from sweets including:
• Mochi Ice Cream Trio (mango, green tea and strawberry)
• Chocolate Volcano Cake
• Espresso Crème Brulee
In addition to the three-course Mother’s Day menu, Steel’s regular menu and sushi will also be available.
As on all Sundays at Steel, bottled wine will be available at half price.
