Dinner at Shinsei with Winemaker Rob Lawson

Asian fusion restaurant Shinsei will host Napa Valley winemaker Rob Lawson and 30 guests for an evening of specially-chosen food and wine.

The wines will be selected to complement the flavors created by Shinsei’s Chef Casey Thompson, who will be featured on next season’s cable TV show Top Chef. Guests will also taste Lawson’s latest work at Beckstoffer’s 75 Wine Company.

After working closely with Helen Turley on several projects, Lawson launched his own label, Pavi, which offers both California and Italian versions of Pinot Grigio and Dolcettos.

Reservations are required for the limited space available, and may be made by MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover. Due to the necessity of a restaurant guarantee, no cancellations will be accepted after noon on Monday, May 28. All reservations will be charged accordingly.
