The “Foreign Corrupt Practices Act: New Trends in Compliance and Enforcement” seminar will feature speakers from companies and government agencies that are directly involved in FCPA, such as the FBI Dallas Division, K&L Gates, ACS, Halliburton, Mary Kay and Trace International. “Breakout Sessions” will provide unique learning opportunities for FCPA enforcement and compliance information to be tailored to each attendee’s level of expertise. Attendees will benefit by listening to the testimony of FCPA experts, including companies that have dealt with FCPA compliance issues in the past.
