Dinner Includes:
- Dijon Mustard marinated Beef Carpaccio with Parmesan cheese, Balsamic vinegar and micro greens. Wine: San Martino Winery Rose
- Grilled Sea scallops with a red pepper cream. Wine: San Martino Winery Chardonnay Reserve 05
- Slow Roasted Pork Belly with a Texano red wine reduction. Wine: San Martino Winery Texano
- Venison fillet with local Texas mushrooms, roasted garlic artichoke puree and braised cabbage. Wine: San Martino Winery Cabernet Sauvignon 05
- Poached pear with a citrus parfait. Wine: San Martino Winery Dolce 05
