Sharefest
October 20, 2007
First ever “ShareFest” – a 100% volunteer-driven event, offering free groceries, complimentary basic medical and dental care and easy access to government assistance, along with lots of fun games in a carnival-type atmosphere. Three Fort Worth churches – West Mount Moriah Baptist Church, Zion Missionary Baptist Church and Christ Chapel Bible Church – have joined forces to reach an underserved area of Fort Worth. Dedicated to being “a church without walls”, Christ Chapel Bible Church is committed to connect the needy of Fort Worth to material resources through a local network of para-church ministries.
