One of the top authentic cowboy festivals in the world. Music, ranch rodeo, cowboy poetry and more celebrate the heritage of the American cowboy. This is located in the Fort Worth Stockyards district.
Friday Activities:
12 noon: Chuck Wagon Parade. Wagons depart from downtown Fort Worth.
12-1 pm: The Burson Family (along Exchange Ave.)
10 am- 9 pm: Cowboy Trappings and Trade Show (Mule Alley: Barn E)
5 pm- 10:30 pm: Chuck Wagon Camp (Lawns of Livestock Exchange and Cowtown Coliseum buildings)

5:30-6 pm: Jean Prescott
6-6:30 pm: The Quebe Sisters Band
6:30-7:30 pm: Don Edwards
9 pm - 1 am: Western Swing Festival -Red Steagall and the Boys in the Bunkhouse, Johnny Gimble & Leon Rausch
