Hosted by D.E.E.P. and Town Square Project. Costumes encouraged and prizes awarded. The $5 wrist band gets you $3 drink specials at the following bars: Club DaDa, July Alley, Elm St Pub, Velvet Hookah, Double Wide, Minc, Amsterdam Bar, Fallout Lounge, Expo Park Cafe and Meridian Room.
