Oyster Bummins has carved out a nice little life for himself in Burgaw, washing car windows on the side of the road. Life couldn't be better.

Enter Artie Flannigan. Artie is sweet, smart and, tragically, the owner of a small chain of Squirts-4-Less car washes.

Oyster loses business and tries everything he can think of, but when threats and spitting don't work, he decides to run for mayor against Artie to shut 'Squirts' down for good.

This mockumentary follows Artie into a world where reason is a foreign language and tact is something used to stick shit on walls. He's about to learn what it feels like to come home again, and not be remembered. Welcome to the life and times of Oyster Bummins.
