Second City in Spotlight

With an alumni list that includes some of the most recognized names in comedy, The Second City has earned a reputation as one of the premier proving grounds for new comedy talent. Take advantage of the opportunity to see who might be next when the legendary Chicago comedy theatre troupe comes to Brookhaven College Sept. 8 at 8 p.m. in the Performance Hall.

The Second City will present the latest touring show, “One Nation, Under Blog.” The show mines comedic gold from the day’s headlines of politics, entertainment and media.
Tickets for spotlight events are available three weeks prior to the performance. Prices for floor seating are $30 for adults, $20 for senior adults and DCCCD staff and students. Balcony seating is $20 for adults, $15 for senior adults, DCCCD staff and students. Group rates are available. Call the Box Office at 972-860-4118, Monday through Thursday between 1 and 5 p.m., and Friday from 1 and 3 p.m. for more information or to reserve tickets.
