Mesquite Symphony Orchestra

MSO will feature composer Elaine Gardner-Morales Chair of the Brookhaven College School of the Arts, as it performs her Cephas Overture. In addition to the Overture, the MSO will perform Arthur Honegger’s Pastorale D’ete or Summer Pastorale, Maurice Ravel’s beautiful Ma Mere L’Oye or Mother Goose Suite, and Johan Halvorsen’s Einzugsmarsch der Boyaren or Entrance March of the Boyars. Also, the MSO will celebrate the 30th anniversary of the movie blockbuster Star Wars, Episode IV: A New Hope by performing John Williams’ Star Wars Suite.
