Food will be available for purchase, and coolers, lawn chairs and picnics are welcome. The Fiesta Latinoamericana is sponsored by the City of Plano, Univision 23, KNON and Al Dia.
The evening starts at 5:00 pm with a FREE Family Fiesta!, with the following children's cultural workshops: Latin American storytelling, clowns, folkloric dance workshops from Chile / Spain / Argentina / Mexico, Capoeira (Brazilian martial arts) and Afro-Latino drumming.
The multimedia show that begins at 8:00 pm features dance, live music, theater, and film. Tickets are $10 for adults, free for children.
