A showdown between two chefs and food writers celebrating Texas cuisine in conjunction with the exhibition "Bluebonnets and Beyond: Julian Onderdonk, American Impressionist". Book signing to follow in museum store. This event is a fundraiser benefiting the Arts and Letters Live series. Preceding the the event is a lunch buffet and cook-off in 1717 Restaurant at 11 am. $45, reservations required.
