Steel Restaurant & Lounge is presenting a special five-course wine dinner on Monday, April 28 with one of Napa Valley’s most respected up-and-coming winemakers, special guest Kirk Venge of Saddleback Cellars and Venge Vineyards.
Venge owns and oversees winemaking at the two vineyards with his father, Nils Venge, universally regarded as a pioneer of the Napa Valley wine industry pioneer. An instinct for creating well-balanced, stylistic wines are a Venge family trademark.
