Rising star Chef Blaine Staniford has created a five-course meal featuring his signature seasonal New American fare with each course expertly paired with sparkling wines from celebrated winery Schramsberg Vineyards. The dinner will be offered at $125 per person and reservations are required.
Amuse: Butter Poached King Crab with Almond Milk
First: Broiled House-made Mozzarella, Baby Arugula, Dehydrated Strawberries and Wild Spring Onions
Second: Smoked Sablefish, Crispy Morel Mushrooms, and English Pea Emulsion
Third: Pastilla of Rabbit with Young Carrots, Hazelnuts and Fava Beans
Dessert: Rhubarb Creme Brulé, Dried Apricot Chutney, Sheeps Milk Cheese and Agave Nectar
