it was difficult to care about the lead (was it melchior or vendla?)'s need/want. that would have really put it over. too scarce in the set up... as a writer i recognize when the songs come first. afraid most people do also. please fix to make this beautiful. to fix, establish melchiore's need to mirror the writer's. a kiss, sf
