Champagne Piper/Charles-Heidsieck Wine Dinner at Nana

Nana is hosting a Piper-Heidsieck and Charles-Heidsieck Wine dinner with Master of Wine Jennifer Simonetti-Bryan, on Thursday, December 4th for $160. There will be a reception at 6:30 p.m. followed by dinner at 7 p.m. The evening will include a five-course dinner prepared by Chef Anthony Bombaci paired with different champagnes from the Piper-Heidsieck and Charles-Heidsieck champagne house. The menu includes; Seared Maine Lobster and Sea Scallops, Yuzu Bubbles, Licorice, and Kaffir Lime Leaves paired with Champagne Charles Heidsieck Brut Reserve NV.

Simonetti-Bryan recently acquired her Master of Wine title in London on November 5. Jennifer is the fourth woman in the U.S. to earn this title and one of only 26 MW's in the U.S. Piper-Heidsieck and Charles-Heidsieck Champagne house is in the Champagne region of France and has been making quality champagnes and wines since 1785.
