East meets West at Fuse, where cous cous and miso flavorfully mingle with salsa and sirloin. Fuse will celebrate New Year's Eve with a four-course prix-fixed dinner and complimentary glass of champagne for $72 all inclusive. Party favors will spice up the scene.
