Amuse: Maine Lobster Corn Chowder

Course 1: Choice of Butternut Squash Soup with rock shrimp and fried leeks or Tri Colored Beet Salad with watercress, pumpkin seeds and boursin.

Course 2: Choice of Indiana Pekin Duck Confit with grilled andouille sausage and corn pudding with caramelized onion jus or Half Dozen Raspberry Point Oysters with plum gelee and Alaskan King Crab Cakes with serrano aioli.

Course 3: 8 oz. American Wagyu Strip loin foie gras / port reduction, seared columbia river sturgeon au poivre with dijon thyme cream, black truffle wrapped chilean seabass with pomegranate vinaigrette and grass fed australian filet tenderloin with sage beanaise.

Dessert: Choice of lavendar creme brulee, cappuccino chocolate cake, or cinnamon mascarpone with grand marnier bruleed figs.
