Chef Brian Olenjack will cook up a savory menu of everything from traditional blackeyed pea soup to eclectic delights such as chicken fried lobster.

The Olenjack's New Year's Eve dinner features a fixed menu with a variety of choices elegantly presented over three courses:

First Course: Black Eyed Pea Soup with Greens & Ham Hocks or New Year's Salad Greens, house-cured bacon, granny smith apples, caramelized onions & black pepper vinaigrette.

Second Course: Lamb Shank with Tasso Ham Gravy and Creamy Polenta or Crawfish & Andouille crusted Seabass with an Oyster and Shrimp Jambalaya or Tenderloin for Two with Horseradish Cream Tomato Demi and Chicken Fried Lobster.

Third Course: Caramelized Banana Split with Hot Chocolate Sauce or Turtle Cheesecake.
