Sea Scallop wrapped in smoked apple bacon served with mango salad

Choice of Mixed Sushi and two pieces of their signature sakura roll or

Steamed Lobster Tail, cold water lobster tail steamed in a sake and seaweed bath and served with soy sake butter
Main Entree
Choice of Miso Marinated Black Cod, marinated for three days, pan seared and baked, served with sauteed baby vegetables or
Grilled Beef Tenderloin, eight ounce tenderloin in Japanese mushroom red wine sauce, served with sauteed baby vegetables

Kona Coffee Press choice of Chocolate Souffle or Ginger Creme Brulee
