I remember Texas Slim (aka Robin Sullivan) from Bruce Hall at UNT back in the early 80's. At 18 years old he was already well schooled in the blues. As a teenager, he had had many jam sessions with Dallas blues legend Alex Moore. I've only had a couple of chances to see him play since then. I'll try to make it tonight.
