The College of Engineering and the Mid-Cities Technical Club welcome Dr. Paul Paulus, professor and dean of the College of Science. Much has been written about teamwork as a key to innovation in business and industry. Dr. Paulus and his colleagues have found that, while teamwork is often necessary to achieve goals, group interaction can also be harmful to the creative process.
