Tenuta di Ghizzano Wine Dinner at Nove Italiano

Nove Italiano co-hosts a Tenuta di Ghizzano wine dinner led by Countess Ginevra Venerosi Pesciolini. Her 865-acre estate, located in the northwestern part of Tuscany between Florence and Pisa, is prosperous with olive and wine groves, producing few bottles but choice ones. The five-course wine dinner will be held on Thursday, February 7 at 7:00 pm for $100 per person (not including tax and gratuity). Reservations are required by calling 214.720.9903. Saltimbocca: Tenderloin of Texas Wild Boar, Sage Scented Potatoes, Prosciutto, with Tenuita di Ghizzano, “Veneroso” Sangiovese/Cabernet Sauvignon 2001
