Wine Tasting with Countess Ginevra Venerosi
February 8, 2008
, 2008
The Countess Ginevra Venerosi is stopping by for a short visit on Friday the 8th. Her family has owned the Tenuta di Ghizzano property since 1370 (26 generations) and she has been in charge since 1996. The Wine Advocate says "Ghizzano was the first producer to make serious wine in the Provance of Pisa". Since she has only three wines in Texas, there will be no dinner, just an antipasta buffet to go with the wines. $30 + tax.
