The fourth annual Sister to Sister National Women’s Heart Health Fair will be Saturday, February 9 at the Dallas Convention Center, offering free 15-minute heart health screenings for the first 1,500 people 21 and older, with on-the-spot results and one-on-one counseling.

SCHEDULE:
- 1pm The Big Walk
- Educational seminars on the hour from 10am to 3pm
- Hourly cooking demonstrations on the half-hour from 11:30am to 2:30pm
- Fitness demonstrations every half-hour from 10:45am to12:15pm and at 1:45 and 2:30pm
- Fitness through dance demonstrations at 0:45 and 11:30am and 12:15, 1:15, 2 and 2:45pm
- Stress presentations at 10:30, 11 and 11:30 am, 12noon, and 12:30, 1, 1:30 and 2 pm
- Univision stage Spanish-language presentations will be held throughout the day
